KOLLEL ZICHRON ARYE LEIB 
                                       THE MANHATTAN BEACH COMMUNITY KOLLEL
                                                     Dedicated in memory of R' Aryeh Leib Stefansky z'tl

Kollel Zichron Aryeh Leib and the Manhattan Beach Community Kollel was established by Rov Moshe Plutchok, Shlita in Tishrei 5764. The Kollel offera a rigorous program in halacha and rabbinic studies geared towards helping yungerleits obtain Simicha.

A major objective in establishing the Kollel was to reinvigorate the Manhattan Beach community by having young Binai Torah and their families move into the community and since the Kollel was established over two dozen families have joined the greater Manhattan Beach community.

The Manhattan Beach Community Kollel is active in the community offering chosson and kallah classes, night seder programs, weekly shiurim, and chavrusah study groups during the morning, afternoon and evening hours. Anyone who want to set up a study program need only speak to the Rosh Kollel and he will find that special person for you to learn with on a level and pace that is comfortable and meaningful for you.

There are lots of differant subjects to study. Chumash (Bible), Navi (Prophets), Mishlei (Proverbs) or Tehillim (Psalms). Or maybe you want to study Gamara or Mishnayos (Talmud). Perhaps you are interested in Halacha, (Jewish Law & rules of conduct), or Mussar (how to come closer to G-d), or you might just want to talk to someone about Judaism in general and get a better understanding of what being a Jew in a secular society is all about. No matter what it is that you want to learn and accomplish our doors are always open and we are here to help you.

The Kollel also has a very active Neshei program for women in the community with study groups and other special programs during the year.

In Elul 5771 we were privileged to open a new Yeshiva Beis Midrash program for buchurim under the able leadership of  the Rosh HaYesiva, Rav Ahron Rapps. It is our hope that this program will grow and flourish over the years and add another new dimension to The Shtieble family.
